This person will be a PLAYMAKER. We can guarantee this job will be fast paced, with a high client service demand with a great deal of people interaction. Our ideal candidate will have the ability to build strong internal and external relationships throughout their local community, our internal staff, and the areas we represent. Recent Grads of the University of Oregon Business Admin program (especially those with a marketing focus): You don’t just graduate from school and get a marketing job. This applies to you graduates of other business programs as well. You’ve been lied to. You do sales. And this job is the best start for you. This is the least sales, sales job you’ll be able to find. While there is still expectations of the dreading “cold calling”, more than any other sales position it allows creative non traditional methods of building relationships and growing our business.
